Requested: The Applicant User Defined Form (ROAUSDF) was removed from the
Option Menu of the award forms when the Student Withdrawal Inquiry Form
(SFIWDRL) was added. The request was to reinstate the ROAUSDF Form to the
Option Menus of the RPAAWRD, RPAAPMT, and ROARMAN forms.
Delivered: The ROAUSDF Form was added to the Option Menus of the RPAAWRD,
RPAAPMT, and ROARMAN forms.

Requested: The Student Loan Data Form (RNASLxx) should be added to the
Options Menu for selected forms within the Financial Aid module that pertain to
the awarding and disbursing of financial aid. Having this form easily accessible to
the majority of financial aid users will greatly improve their ability to see data on a
timely basis. While the packaging and disbursement processes provide messages that
this data is impacting the awarding or disbursement processes, the messages are not
sufficient to determine the appropriate course of action. In many cases the financial
aid user must navigate to this form to enter a manual record and adjust the reported
data to more timely or accurate data retrieved from the U.S. Department of
Education web site, or other external agencies, as well as written correspondence.
Delivered: RNASLXX was added to the Options Menu of the RPAAWRD, RPAAPMT,
and ROARMAN forms.
