Section 27 COD Updates - Functional
Changed Processes and Reports
Direct Loan Disbursement Extract Process (RPRLODE)
While the Direct Loan Disbursement Extract Process (RPRLODE) itself was not
changed, changes were made for this process to ROKPVAL as listed in the COD
Updates - Technical Section.
This process is not used by COD Full Participants and will no longer be used in SCT
Banner starting with the 2004 - 2005 aid year. If an attempt is made to run this
process for any aid year where the End Year > 2004 on the Institutional Financial Aid
Options Form (ROAINST), the following error displays *ERROR* - Invalid Aid Year
for Phase-In Processing.
Direct Loan Record Creation Process (RPRLORC)
While the Direct Loan Record Creation Process (RPRLORC) itself was not changed,
changes were made for this process to ROKPVAL as listed in the COD Updates -
Technical Section.
COD Full Participants will continue to use this process for the 2004 - 2005 aid year.
However, functionality for 2004 - 2005 will be delivered with the Spring Regulatory
Release. Until that time, if an attempt is made to run this process for any aid year
where the End Year > 2004 on the Institutional Financial Aid Options (ROAINST)
form, the following error displays *ERROR* - Invalid Aid Year for Phase-In Processing.
Servicer Extract Program (RPRLORE)
While the Servicer Extract Program (RPRLORE) itself was not changed, changes
were made for this process to ROKPVAL as listed in the COD Updates - Technical
Section.
This process is not used by COD Full Participants and will no longer be used in SCT
Banner starting with the 2004 - 2005 aid year. If an attempt is made to run this
process for any aid year where the End Year > 2004 on the Institutional Financial Aid

Prom Note Printing Program (RPRPNPT)
While the Prom Note Printing Program (RPRPNPT) itself was not changed, changes
were made for this process to ROKPVAL as listed in the COD Updates - Technical
Section.
COD Full Participants will continue to use this process for the 2004 - 2005 aid year.
However, functionality for 2004 - 2005 will be delivered with the Spring Regulatory
Release. Until that time, if an attempt is made to run this process for any aid year
