Disclosure Statement Printing Process (RPRDSPT)
This process has been enabled for the 2004 - 2005 aid year. The only changes to the
printed output are the aid year references for 2004 - 2005.
Direct Loan Record Creation Process (RPRLORC)
The process was enabled so that it can be run in batch for the 2004 - 2005 aid year.
Additionally, the process will always populate the SAR Tran No on Subsidized and
Unsubsidized Direct Loan Origination records starting with the 2004 - 2005 aid year
regardless of whether or not the DL COD Full Participant indicator is checked on
ROAINST.
Additional process changes include updating Parameters 10 and 11 for Permanent
and Local Address to accept a three-character value similar to 1PR, 2MA, 3CA, and
so on, where the number determines the priority and the last two characters
determine the address type. The RPRLORC process then uses these values to look
for addresses in the priority order specified. This update was as a result of RPE
#4948.
Caution: Due to the changes in valid values for RPRLORC Parameters 10 and 11,
parameter sets and user defaults must be reviewed and updated
appropriately.
Also, the process was updated so that for the 2004 - 2005 the Loan ID contains 05 in
positions 11-12.
Promissory Note Printing Program (RPRPNPT)
This process was enabled for the 2004 - 2005 aid year.
Additional process changes include the way in which the MPN ID is generated. It is
now printed on line 19 for Identification No. The format for this ID is:
999999999-M-05-999999-9-99
For Subsidized and Unsubsidized loans:
Where:
999999999 = the student's SSN
M = MPN indicator for subsidized or unsubsidized loans
05 is always 05 for the effective aid year
