Return of Title IV Calculation Process (RPRTIVC)
This process was modified to add if the student has enrollment in Open Learning
courses for the term record being processed on the output for the process. This will
assist you in identifying students who may need additional review to confirm you are
in agreement with the enrollment period and period of attendance determined by
SCT Banner Student.
The packaged function rokmisc.f_get_olr_course_exists is used to determine
if open learning courses exist for the term.
Return of Title IV Funds Withdrawal Calculation Report (RPRTIVI)
This process was modified to add if the student has enrollment in Open Learning
courses for the term record being processed on the output for the process. This will
assist you in identifying students who may need additional review to confirm you are
in agreement with the enrollment period and period of attendance determined by
SCT Banner Student.
The packaged function rokmisc.f_get_olr_course_exists is used to determine
if open learning courses exist for the term.
Fund Description Report (RFRFUND)
This process now includes the new Use Attending Hours indicator from RFRMGMT
and the +/- number of days from RFRDEFA/RFRASCH.
Transfer Monitoring Application Process (RNRTMAC)
A new parameter - Parameter 10 Use Class Start Date - was added to this process.
Use this parameter to select the enrollment begin date for the record based on the
date of the earliest class of the first term in the student’s aid period. If the student is
not registered at the time the process is run, the date entered for the Enrollment
Begin Date parameter will be used. If no date is entered as a parameter value, the
term start date of the first term of the student's aid period will be used.
