Overview
This release discusses changes to several forms and processes as well as two revised
packages. The majority of the changes reflected here are relevant to Direct Loan or
Pell COD Full Participants only. However, there are changes included in the
Promissory Note Manifest Process (RPRDLPM) that are relevant for Direct Loan
Phase-In schools.
Changed Forms
COD Student Identifier Form (REASTID)
You can now save a new record on this form after using the Duplicate Record
function even if values are the same as the most recent record if the most recent
record has a Rejected status.
Additionally, the drop-down list in the Key Block was modified to display Student and
Parent in the Type field.
Federal Direct Loan Origination Form (RPALORG)
Note: All changes made to RPALORG for this release only affect Direct Loan
Full Participant schools for the 2003 - 2004 aid year.
This form was changed to correctly display Direct Loan COD Full Participant reject
messages on the Loan Rejects window.
The form was also changed to update the disbursement Status Code and Document
ID fields to null when the gross amount or scheduled disbursement date are
changed on an edit only disbursement that has not fed to Accounts Receivable, but
has been accepted by COD (that is, has a disbursement status code of 2 edit
accepted). This will allow the new data to be reported for the edit disbursement.
Changes were also made to the form for correction logging. Now when a change is
made to any of the following columns, the RPRLAPP_CREATE_DATE will also log:
