2004 - 2005 ISIR Print Changes - Functional
Overview
Effective with the 2002 - 2003 aid year, the Department of Education has decided
that:
• The Institutional Student Information Record (ISIR) does not have to be
printed exactly as it is printed by the EDE Express software, and
• Additional information not required to be printed may be added.
However, SCT Banner will continue to print the Institutional Student Information
Record (ISIR) in the format similar to that provided by EDE. The EDE Technical
Reference is used to identify necessary changes for 2004 - 2005, with the new fields
added to the ISIR Record.
New Processes and Reports
2004 - 2005 ISIR Print Process (RERIS05)
For 2004 - 2005, RCRAPP4_EFC_TYPE was deleted from the ISIR record and
therefore references to this column were removed from RERIS05. This column was
used to determine whether to display the Primary or Secondary calculation value.
Since SCT Banner only uses Primary values, only the Primary values will be displayed
where previously there was a select using RCRAPP4_EFC_TYPE to determine whether
to display Primary or Secondary values. An example of where this logic was used is
in Intermediate values. Other Secondary values will continue to be displayed in the
appropriate sections of the ISIR output document.
The following are Output Document Changes.
Step One (The Student) (Q1 - Q35) Changes
The following fields were added:
• E-mail Address (RCRAPP4_EMAIL_ADDRESS)
• Enroll Status (RCRAPP1_EXP_ENROLL_STATUS)
The following fields were renamed:
