New Forms
6. After all required parameters have been created, copy the user-level defaults
for the Parameter Set to each user ID who has permission to load records to
Banner from RCRSUSP by selecting the Copy Defaults to New User from the
Options Menu. Enter the User ID to whom the defaults are to be copied in the
New User field.
7. Save your changes.

(RCRINFR_AIDY_CODE). This is the aid year code of the data
being loaded.
Source Code
(RCRINFR_INFC_CODE). This is the source code of the
data.
Common
Matching
Source Code
(RCRINFR_CMSC_CODE). This is the Common Matching Source
Code to use for this data source and aid year.
Parameter Set
(RCRINFR_PARAMETER_SET). This is the parameter set to use for
Data Load Part 3 when processing online.
User ID
(RCRINFR_USER_ID). This is the User ID.
Activity Date
Date the record was last updated.
Applicant Status Inquiry Form (ROIASIQ)
Use this new interface to assist in determining if the student had a prior aid
application or has a record in the Student or Accounts Receivable system.
Financial Aid Applicant
The aid year will indicate that a financial aid record exists for that aid year
(RORSTAT record). Indicators will be selected if the student also had a need
analysis record (RCRAPP1 record) or awarded any type of aid (RPRAWRD exists
with offer amount) for the aid year. The aid year history is listed in descending order.
Note: The need analysis may be any type of need analysis record for the Need
Analysis indicator to be selected. The Awarded indicator will be checked
if the offer amount is 0.
