Additionally, it calculates the enrollment status based on the hours the student is
attending as of the date the Disbursement Process is run when the Use Attending
Hours indicator has been checked for the fund (RFRASPC_ATTENDING_HR_IND).
Finally executables, rpedisb.shl, rpedisb.com, and rpedisb.pll, have been modified
to run the batch Disbursement Schedule Date Update Process (RPRDDUP) as part
of RPEDISB to ensure the most current scheduled disbursement date exists for the
student. The Disbursement Schedule Date Update process will run automatically
when the Resched Disb Date indicator on ROAINST is checked
(ROBINST_RESCHED_DISB_DATE_IND = Y) and will use the same parameters
entered for the Disbursement Process.
Batch Award Validation Process (RPBVLDT)
The Batch Award Process (RPBVLDT) has been modified to validate the enrollment
if the Use Attending Hours indicator has been checked for the fund
(RFRASPC_ATTENDING_HR_IND).
