Changed Processes and Reports
Replaced Direct Calls to Database with Calls to Banner Business APIs
With this release, create, retrieve, update, and delete operations will no longer be
run directly against SPRIDEN, SPBPERS, SPRADDR and GOREMAL. Instead, those
operations will be replaced with calls to the appropriate Banner Business APIs.
New API Exception Processing
POSTORA (the Oracle error reporting program) has been rewritten to recognize
both Oracle errors and the new API exceptions. Specifically, the program was
modified to trap, report on, and handle both non-API Oracle errors and any
exceptions returned by the API calls.
New Total to Control Reports
In addition to all existing totals, Banner now counts the number of students that
have been skipped because of exceptions.
Process Runs from Suspense for a Record New or Matched
Banner has included the necessary code in data load part 3 to enable the process to
be run from the Financial Aid Suspended Records Maintenance Form (RCRSUSP)
against a single student.

Changed Processes and Reports
2004 - 2005 Financial Aid Dataload Part 3 Process (RCRTP05)
Two new parameters were added to this process to support online processing from
the suspense form, and four new parameters were added to resolve RPE #26178.
All new parameters are included in the Control Summary Report.
