Batch Posting Process (RORBPST)
This process now includes updating the System Indicator when batch posting
scheduled disbursement dates and correctly inserting the scheduled disbursement
dates when funds are batch posted.
The process was also modified to update the System Indicator to Batch when batch
posting Scheduled Disbursement Date (Posting Type = DD). If the Scheduled
Disbursement Date has been batch posted, the Scheduled Disbursement Date will
not be rescheduled by further system processing; i.e., RPRDDUP.
Electronic Loan Application Process (RPRELAP)
The student’s Enrollment Status is now calculated by using the packaged function,
rpkloan.p_calc_loan_enroll_status.This packaged function will not included
courses excluded due to course level or specific sections when determining the
enrollment status
Hold Release Process (RPRHDRL)
A new parameter - Parameter 18 Days Prior to Disbursement - was added to this
process.
Use this parameter to stipulate the number of days prior to the scheduled
disbursement to request a release of funds. This will allow multiple disbursements
or disbursements scheduled later in the term to be requested for release at an
appropriate time.
Parameter details:
• 18 Days Prior to Disbursement. Single. Optional.
Number of Days Prior to Scheduled Disbursement Date to Request Release.
Low of 0 and High of 99.
Applicant Requirements Report (RRRAREQ)
Courses excluded due to level or specific sections will now be excluded when
calculating enrollment status using Student hours.
A new parameter - Parameter 14 User ID - was added to this report for proper
population selection validation.
