Section 45 Open Learning Registration Support - Technical Modified Database Objects ROKVIEW Package The following functions and procedures are part of the package: • f_get_class_start_date • f_get_class_completion_date • f_get_exclude_section_ind • f_get_exclude_level_ind Modified Database Objects Financial Aid Parameter Validation Package (rokpval.sql, rokpval1.sql) The rokpval.sql and rokpval1.sql were modified to add process-level validation routines to the following processes: • Financial Aid Registration Report (RORREGS) • Financial Aid Grade Exception Report (RORGRDE) • Disbursement Schedule Date Update Process (RPRDDUP) • Requirements Tracking Report (RRRAREQ) • Exit Interview Requirements (RRREXIT) This package is validated against Application ID, Selection ID, and Creator ID to ensure all are populated with a combination that exists on GLRSLCT prior to submitting the process.
