Section 13 Expanded Credit Hour Support - Functional Obsolete SCT Banner Views Billing Hours are calculated by summing the billing hours from the view ROVSTCR where registration is included in enrollment disregarding sections on ROASECT and levels from ROAINST. Adjusted Hours are calculated by summing the billing hours where registration status is included in enrollment disregarding sections on ROASECT, levels from ROAINST and grading modes or registration statuses on RORAUDT. • Adjusting the layout of the report for the new expanded credit hours of 999,999.999. Obsolete SCT Banner Views Current Enrollment View (ROVSCRD) The view, which selects the sum of SFRSTCR_CREDIT_HR and the sum of SFRSTCR_BILL_HR and RORENRL_FINAID_CREDIT_HR and RORENRL_FINAID_BILL_HR, is currently not used in Banner Financial Aid. It was used in the UCLRTN copylib but was removed in release 1.2.1. This view has been replaced by the AR_AWARD_DETAIL_BY_TERM Object:Access view which contains the following columns: student_total_credit_hours student_total_billing_hours student_adjusted_credit_hour finaid_total_credit_hours finaid_total_billing_hours finaid_adjusted_credit_hours Summary Academic History Level/ Term Selection View (ROVTHST) The view, which calculates the student's class code using SGRCLSR_FROM_HOURS and SGRCLSR_TO_HOURS, is currently not used in SCT Banner Financial Aid. It was used in the UVDRTN copylib but was removed in release 2.7.17.
