Date indicator has been checked on the Institutional Options Form (ROAINST)
and the +/- number of days have been defined for the student's aid period when the
form is entered.
Note: The schedule disbursement date will not be updated for disbursements
that have been paid or updated manually or by batch posting of a
disbursement date.
Award Form (RPAAWRD)
Modifications to this form include deleting the Applicant Enrollment Status
window. An option to access the new Financial Aid Enrollment form, ROAENRL,
has been added.
A packaged procedure has been added to reschedule the student's scheduled
disbursement dates based on their earliest class start date when the Resched Disb
Date indicator has been checked on the Institutional Options Form (ROAINST)

Electronic Loan Application Form (RPAELAP)
The student’s Enrollment Status on the Certification Data window is now calculated
by using the packaged function, rpkloan.p_calc_loan_enroll_status. This
packaged function will not include courses excluded due to course level or specific
sections when determining the enrollment status.

The student’s Enrollment Status on the Certification Data window is now calculated
by using the packaged function, rpkloan.p_calc_loan_enroll_status. This
packaged function will not include courses excluded due to course level or specific
sections when determining the enrollment status.
Financial Aid Record Maintenance (ROARMAN)
A new flashlight button was added to this form which takes you to the Financial Aid
Enrollment Form (ROAENRL).
