• Inactivating the SSN Date of Death field, as this was deleted from the ISIR as
of 2004 - 2005.
• Renaming the Pri. INS Match Flag to Pri. DHS Match Flag.
• Renaming the Sec INS Match Flag to Sec DHS Match Flag.
