2004 - 2005 Pell Origination/Acknowledgement Form (REAOR05)
This form is used for Pell origination records and COD acknowledgements of those
Origination records.
Changes to this form include prohibiting committal of a new record when the
current student's EFC is invalid (that is, the Primary SAR EFC
(RORSTAT_PRI_SAR_PGI) on the Applicant Pell Grant Form (ROAPELL) is either
blank or > 3850). If the EFC Is invalid, the following error message displays,
*ERROR* Current Student's EFC is not valid.
Deleted Fields
Several fields and their associated logic have been deleted from this form, as they
are no longer valid for Full Participants. While some fields may still contain data,
that data is not used by COD Full Participants and will no longer be displayed on this
form. These fields are listed by window below:

Direct Loan Origination Form (RPALORG)
This form is used to update or delete existing records related to the Federal Direct
Loan programs.
Parent SSN Changes
COD will no longer accept changes to the parent's social security number once a
credit check has been approved for the PLUS loan borrower using the initially
reported parent’s social security number. Instead, a new Origination record must be
created for the PLUS loan with the parent's correct social security number. Thus, the
Social Security No field on the Parent Data Window cannot be updated for a PLUS
loan Origination record if the PLUS Credit Check Status
