Student and Accounts Receivable systems.

This is the User ID. When LIST is selected as an option or if the
LIST pull down is accessed, an option window appears. You will
then be given the option to access either the Person Search
(SOAIDEN) or the Alternate ID Search (GUIALTI).
Financial Aid Applicant Block
The Financial Aid Applicant Block includes the aid year of the financial aid
application information and indicators if the applicant had a need analysis record
and/or an award record for the aid year. The aid year history is listed in descending
order.

(RORSTAT_AIDY_CODE). If a Financial Aid record exists for the
student (RORSTAT), the aid year for the associated record will
display. All aid years where there is a Financial Aid record will
display in descending order.
Need Analysis
(rckfunc.get_appl_count in the rokfunc1.sql will be used
to determine if a need analysis record exists for the aid year).
This may be any type of need analysis record (EDE, CSS,
MANUAL). Checked = Yes. Unchecked = No.
Awarded
(f_calc_total_offer in rptoff.sql will be used to determine
if an award amount exists for the aid year). This will indicate that
the student has been processed through the award cycle.
However the award offer amount may be zero. Checked = Yes.
Unchecked = No.
