New Processes and Reports
• Legal Resident before 1-1-1998 was renamed Legal Resident before 1-1-1999.
• First Bachelor's Degree by 7-1-2003 was renamed First Bachelor's Degree by 7-
1-2004.
The following fields were deleted:
• Enroll Plan Summer 2003
• Enroll Plan Fall 2003
• Enroll Plan Wint 2003-4
• Enroll Plan Spring 2004
• Enroll Plan Summer 2004
Step Two (Student and Spouse) (Q36 - Q51)
The following changes were made:
• Type of 2002 Tax Return Used was renamed Type of 2003 Tax Return Used.
• Monthly VA Education Benefits was expanded to print four characters rather
than three.
• Dependency Status was moved following Monthly VA Education Benefits.
Step Three (The Student) (Q52 - Q58)
The following fields were renamed:
• Born Before 1-1-1980 to Born Before 1-1-1981.
• Master's/Doctorate Prog In 2003-2004 to Working on Master's/Doctorate
Program
Step Four (Parents) (Q59 - Q84)
The following fields were added:
• Father's First Initial (RCRAPP4_FATH_FIRST_NAME_INI)
• Father's Date of Birth (RCRAPP4_FATH_BIRTH_DATE)
• Mother's First Initial (RCRAPP4_MOTH_FIRST_NAME_INI)
• Mother's Date of Birth (RCRAPP4_MOTH_BIRTH_DATE)
• E-mail Address (RCRAPP4_P_EMAIL_ADDRESS)
The following fields were renamed:
• Number in College in 2001-2002 to Number in College
• Legal Residents before 1-1-1998 to Legal Residents before 1-1-1999
