New Processes and Reports
FISAP Report for 2002-2003 Year (RORFS03)
The FISAP Report for the 2002 - 2003 aid year has been modified to expand the
values for the FT load parameters (13 - 87). The process has also been modified to
use functions from the rokmisc package when calculating enrollment using hours
from the student's registration.
Caution: The FISAP Report for the 2002 - 2003 aid year (RORFS03) does not
include regulatory changes for 2002 - 2003 FISAP processing at this time.
The regulatory compliant version of the FISAP Report for 2002 - 2003
(RORFS03) will be available as part of the SCT Banner Financial Aid
Summer Regulatory Release and also made available from electronic
distribution as an interim release as it has in the past.
If you attempt to run the 6.1 version of RORFS03, you will receive an
error message and the process will not execute.
Changed Processes and Reports
Student Aid Disbursement Report (RPBDISB report from RPEDISB)
The enrollment hours for Total Hours and Pell Hours have been combined into a
single Enrollment Hrs field. The enrollment hours used for the fund being
processed will be printed in the Enrollment Hrs field; that is, when Pell is listed, the
enrollment hours used to calculate Pell eligibility will be printed for the Pell fund.
The credit hours have been expanded to print the maximum value for term credit
hours possible to 999,999.999.
LMS Interface Disbursement Feed (RPBLMID)
The Class Code calculation will now be determined using the packaged function,
SGKCLAS.F_CLASS_CODE. This will provide consistency in the Class Code
calculation with other SCT Banner processes.
