Section 16 Form Consolidation - Functional New Forms • When Group Type = Tracking The group priorities defined on the Requirements Tracking Group Validation Form (RTVTGRP) and used by the tracking grouping process are displayed. The Rules Exist field will be set to Yes if the Tracking/Group Data Element rules have been defined for each Tracking Group Code displayed. The Student Count field is a count of applicants that have been assigned to each Tracking Group for the Aid Year in the Key Block. • When Group Type = SAP The group priorities defined on the Satisfactory Academic Progress Validation Form (RTVSAPR) and used by the SAP Assignment Process are displayed. Info Access (DISPLAY_INFO_ACCESS). This is the Information Access indicator. It is not used for Budgeting, Tracking, or SAP. Dynamic Help appears for this field: The Packaging Group Type Information Access Indicator for the given Packaging Group. Will be checked if the Info Access Indicator is checked for the group on RTVPGRP. Will be null when the Group Type is Budgeting, Tracking or SAP in the Key Block. Student Count (DISPLAY_STU_COUNT). This is the Student Count. Dynamic Help appears for this field: The Student Count displays the number of students currently assigned to the given group. Activity Date (RTVBGRP_ACTIVITY_DATE).
