Changed Processes and Reports
Banner the detail record belonged to and the REBPAYV_PIDM to import to
RERRECN_PIDM.
The process was updated so that the Current SSN received in the import file in
positions 53-61 is used and matched to REBPAYV_CURRENT_SSN to determine
which REBPAYV_PIDM to import to RERRECN_PIDM for the particular record
being imported. Also, the RERRECN_CURRENT_SSN is reported on the output
file next to the Origination ID.
The matching currently in place for Phase-In schools on Origination ID
remains for 2003 - 2004.
Year To Date File Changes - PGYR04OP
• Origination Detail Year-To-Date (Type #Y) Records
For 2003 - 2004 Full Participants, the Origination ID in positions 2-24 is no
longer provided. Previously, the Origination ID determined which student the
detail record belonged to and the REBPAYV_PIDM to import to REBYTDO_PIDM.
The process was updated so that the Current SSN received in the import file in
positions 286-294 is used and matched to REBPAYV_CURRENT_SSN to determine
which REBPAYV_PIDM to import to REBYTDO_PIDM for the particular record
being imported. Also REBYTDO_CURRENT_SSN is reported in the output file
next to the Origination ID.
The matching currently in place for Phase-In schools on Origination ID
remains for 2003 - 2004.
• Disbursement Detail Year-To-Date (Type #Y) Records
For 2003 - 2004 Full Participants the Origination ID in positions 2-24 is no
longer provided. Previously, the Origination ID determined which student the
detail record belonged to and REBPAYV_PIDM to import to REBYTDD_PIDM.
The process was updated so that the Current SSN received in the import file in
positions 185-193 is used and matched to REBPAYV_CURRENT_SSN to determine
which REBPAYV_PIDM to import to REBYTDD_PIDM for the particular record
being imported. Also the REBYTDD_CURRENT_SSN is reported in the output
next to the Origination ID.
The output also displays the REBYTDD_DISB_SEQ_NO to the right of the column
for Disb. No.
The matching currently in place for Phase-In schools on Origination ID
remains for 2003 - 2004.
Note: New fields were added to the record layout and are loaded for COD Full
Participants and are now imported through RERFI04. These fields
replace positions in the record that were previously Filler.
New fields added to the Disbursement Detail Year-to-Date record include:
• Disbursement Process Date
• Routing ID
