3. The award is accepted with an undisbursed disbursement schedule AND
4. Registration has occurred.
The commit doesn't occur after the RPRADSB update (after call to
rokmisc.p_resched_year_disburse) which then creates the lock on the
RPRADSB table.
Client Impact: When one user navigates to the award block within RPAAWRD,
ROARMAN or RPAAPMT to view award data and a second user attempts to enter
these forms for that same student, the second user's session hangs, attempting to
acquire an exclusive lock on RPRADSB.
Resolution: The ROARMAN, RPAAWRD and RPAAPMT forms were modified to
save (commit) changes after RPRADSB update (after call to
rokmisc.p_resched_year_disburse). With this change, the locking on the
RPRADSB table will no longer occur.
ROAUSDF (#92325)
Description: After adding forms to the Options Menu using GUAOPTM, ROAUSDF
does not save ID globally when in the second block and go to one of the forms from
the Options Menu.
Client Impact: The ID of the last student viewed will appear in the Key Block of the
called form.
Resolution: Modified form to save ID globally, in order to go to another form from
the Options Menu or through Direct Access and see the current ID.
ROIALOG (#94827)
Description: The Reject Code field only displays two characters while COD Full
Participant reject codes are three characters long.
Client Impact: This causes the reject code description to either not display at all or
to display an incorrect description.
Resolution: Changed Reject Code field to display three characters. Reject codes on
ROIALOG are now allowed to be either X, E, or F, rather than just X..
RORBPST (#88021)
Description: Once-only, non-fund specific requirements were being posted with a
Status Date of SYSDATE even when the requirement had been satisfied in a prior
year.
Client Impact: The true requirement satisfaction date was not being perpetuated
into later aid years.
Resolution: The program will now copy the status date from the prior year to the
current year if the once-only requirement was satisfied in a prior year.

Description: When there were multiple, once-only requirements for a fund that had
been satisfied in a prior year, only the first one was marked as satisfied in the new
year when posting the fund.
Client Impact: Some satisfied requirements were posted as unsatisfied.
