Section 37 Perkins MPN Conversion/Functionality - Functional
Overview
1. Update the appropriate Tracking requirement as Satisfied.
2. On the Master Promissory Note window associated with that Tracking
Requirement, update the following:
• Expiration Date (RRRAREQ_PERK_MPN_EXP_DATE) to either 12 months or
10 years from the signed or receipt date, depending on whether the
Perkins funds were disbursed under the MPN
• MPN First Disbursement Date(RRRAREQ_MPN_FIRST_DISB_DATE) with
the Paid Date (RPRAWRD_PAID_DATE) of the earliest disbursement date
of the Perkins under this MPN.
Terminating a Perkins Master Promissory Note
1. Set the tracking status to one that means 'unsatisfied' for the Perkins MPN
requirement.
2. Set the Requirement Status Date (RRRAREQ_STAT_DATE) to the date of written
notice received from the applicant notification to terminate the Perkins MPN
or to the current date..
3. Set the Expiration Date (RRRAREQ_PERK_MPN_EXP_DATE) to the date the
school received the notice from the student.
