Note: In order for the REREX04 process to work correctly, the new version of RPALORG in needs to be installed also. Otherwise, logging will not work correctly and Direct Loan changes will not be picked up and processed by REREX04. Section 19 Miscellaneous Changes - Functional Modified Packages Promissory Note Manifest Process (RPRDLPM) Changes to this process include: • Modifying Parameter 05 Previous Batch/Document ID to work for both Direct Loan Phase-In Batch IDs and Direct Loan Full Participant Document IDs. The length of this parameter was increased to 30 characters. Its description was updated to Previous Batch/Document ID. There will no longer be an LOV for either Direct Loan COD Full Participants or Direct Loan COD Phase-In Participants for this parameter, as both cannot be accommodated. The parameter also will not validate at the parameter level. Instead, when the process runs, it will validate that for a Direct Loan COD Phase-In Participant, the Batch ID is valid from the Batch Control Form (RPIBATC) and for a Direct Loan COD Full Participant, the Document ID is valid from the COD Document Control Form (REICODD). • The Manifest text was changed for Direct Loan COD Phase-In Participants when a previous batch is being resent. The incorrect text had been printing on PLUS Manifests for both 0304 and 0203. • Deleting Parameter 10 COD Full Participant Previous Document ID as this functionality is now included in Parameter 05 Previous Batch/Document ID. Direct Loan Record Creation Process (RPRLORC) Modifications include revising the warnings in the .log file so that Direct Loan COD Full Participant users do not receive a warning message for the State or Nation fields, if the field is null unless both State and Nation are null. Modified Packages ROKPVAL/ROKPVAL1 SCT is re-delivering these packages due to changes made to parameter validations in the 2003 - 2004 Pell Delivery System Process (RERPL04) and the Promissory Note Manifest Process (RPRDLPM). 2003 - 2004 Pell Delivery System Process (RERPL04) Previously the only valid value for Parameter 09 Extract Disbursements for a Pell COD Full Participant was null.
