User ID

(RORSTAT_VER_USER_ID). This is the User ID (of the person
completing verification).
Activity Date
(RORSTAT_VER_DATE). This is the Activity Date (when
verification was completed).
Additionally, logic has been added to this form automatically updating User ID and
Date when the Verif Compl flag is updated. This logic will set the User ID and Date
to Blank if the Verif Compl flag is set to N.
Interface Data Translation Rules Form (RCRTPTR)
This form was modified. Specifically, when Table Name (RCRTPTR_TNAME) is equal
to CITZ, the values entered are validated against the Citizen Type Code Validation
Form (STVCITZ). The Table Name AutoHint was changed to Validation Table of
Converted Code. Valid values are MAJR, MRTL, SBGI, CITZ.
2003 - 2004 Need Analysis Document Verification Form (RNAVR04)
This form was modified in response to RPE #31690. Specifically, logic has been
added updating the User ID and Date when the Verif Compl flag is set to Y or N by
SCT Banner based on information posted on RNAVR04.
Prior year RNAVRxx forms, however, will not include this logic. Therefore, they will
not update the User ID and Date when Verif Compl flag is set to Y or N.
