USER’S MANUAL REV. 5 ISDN ANALYZER D1080 Compared to 1.88 version: Possibility of saving and loading up to ten different hardware configurations (i.e. BRA-Monitor, BRA-Sim.TE-PP, BRA-Sim.TE- PMP, PRA-Monitor......) from the “CONFIGURATION” menu. More default profiles (FAXG3, FAXG4, etc..) in “Sim.TE” and “Test TE” mode. Implementation of statistical data on the signalling traffic over D channel in the “Protocol Analysis” function. Implementation of new capture and display filters in the “Protocol Analysis” function for more powerful trace analysis. New filters on “TEI”, “SAPI”, level 3 messages from and to TE, called, calling or connected number. The latter is only available as display filter. In MONITOR mode, possibility of listening to the audio of any B channel through the internal loudspeaker or external headphones in Primary access. Modifications to the user interface The 3.00 release includes some modifications to the user interface for easier use of the instrument. The main modifications are: Access to tests. The MAIN MENU contains the functional button (F4) used to select the desired test with the “Test Selection” MENU. The new “Test Selection” MENU can be directly displayed from pages outside the tests with the START and/or STOP buttons. 13
