8.2. MONITORING THE ”U” INTERFACE<br />
The instrument can connect to the telephone pair coming from the<br />
local network of the “U” interface of a Basic Access either directly<br />
or by means of the D1028 attenuator, as shown in Fig. 8-2.<br />
