ISDN ANALYZER D1080 USER’S MANUAL REV. 5
The instrument gives the following information:
68
value of the remote supply voltage from LT
logical state of the D channel
loop request for test from the local network
presence of level 2 and 3 activity over the D channel
In case of tests over the “U” interface, the instrument does not
display the activation state of the INFO1, 2, 3 and 4 physical level,
since they refer to the “S0” interface.
8.2.1. Checking the remote supply voltage from
LT
The instrument uses the same conventions as the S-BUS to
measure the remote supply over the “U” interface (see paragraph
8.3.1). The remote supply is considered lower than the minimum
value if it is lower than the value set in the Vmin field of the
U-TEST page.
8.2.2. Logical state of the D channel
The “D CHAN” LED’s indicate the presence of data exchange at
logical level 1 and 0 over the D channel.
D CHAN
When on, the two green LED’s indicate the
presence of logical level 1.
When on, the two red LED’s indicate the
presence of logical level 0.
