The instrument gives the following information:<br />

In case of tests over the “U” interface, the instrument does not<br />

display the activation state of the INFO1, 2, 3 and 4 physical level,<br />

since they refer to the “S0” interface.<br />

8.2.1. Checking the remote supply voltage from<br />

LT<br />

The instrument uses the same conventions as the S-BUS to<br />

measure the remote supply over the “U” interface (see paragraph<br />

8.3.1). The remote supply is consi<strong>de</strong>red lower than the minimum<br />

value if it is lower than the value set in the Vmin field of the<br />

U-TEST page.<br />

8.2.2. Logical state of the D channel<br />

The “D CHAN” LED’s indicate the presence of data exchange at<br />

logical level 1 and 0 over the D channel.<br />

D CHAN<br />

� � When on, the two green LED’s indicate the<br />

presence of logical level 1.<br />

� � When on, the two red LED’s indicate the<br />

presence of logical level 0.<br />
