POWER SUPPLY The instrument can be powered: from the 230 Vac mains by means of the external adapter supplied with the instrument with internal batteries (either standard or rechargeable) The instrument is supplied with ecological NiMH 1.2 Volt - 1200 mA/h batteries. The instrument contains a battery recharge circuit at constant current that can be activated/deactivated by the operator. Recharge time for the supplied batteries when completely exhausted is about 14 hours. To avoid dangerous conditions for the operator, deactivate the recharge circuit in the SETTING UP menu when using non rechargeable batteries 3.3. MEASUREMENT CONNECTIONS The instrument is supplied with the following cables used for measurements: (506018683) - 1 x cable ending with ISO8877 (RJ-45) PLUG - ISO8877 (RJ-45) PLUG for connection to the Euro-ISDN Access (702000006) - 1 x impedance adapter ending with ISO8877 (120 ohm) - BNC (Tx 75Ω)/BNC (Rx 75Ω) for connection to the Euro-ISDN Primary Access with 75Ω impedance (702000007) - 1 x adapter RJ45 F/F/F CHAPTER 3.COMPOSITION OF THE INSTRUMENT 27
