Cause #27 - “destination out of order”
It indicates that the destination cannot be reached because the
destination interface is not properly operating.
This means that a signaling message was not able to reach the
remote user (due to a failure of the physical level or the
transportation level, or because the remote terminal was off, etc.).
Cause #28 - “invalid format (address
incomplete)”
It indicates that the called user cannot be reached because the
called number is either in invalid format or incomplete.
Cause #29 - “facility reject”
It indicates that a facility requested by the user cannot be
provided by the network.
Cause #30 - “response to state enquiry”
This cause is included in the STATE message when the STATE
message was originated by the reception of a STATE ENQUIRY
message.
Cause #31 - “normal, unspecified”
It indicates a normal event when no other cause in the “normal”
class is applicable.
