MALICIOUS CALL IDENTIFICATION (MCID) The Malicious Call Identification service allows for requesting the identificatio of the disturbing user to the network. This service can only be activated with an incoming call. Select the SERVICES function ( ) and the MCID services with to display the following window: Figure 12-26 MCID service When pressing (INVOKE function) the network memorizes the calling number, even if the connection was terminated, to identify the disturbing user. 12.1.7.4. CALL HOLD This service is used to put the existing call in stand-by, to answer the incoming call without terminating the active call or to make a new call and then join the two calls in a conference.
