The compartment located in the bottom part contains the internal<br />

batteries for power supply.<br />

In case of battery replacement, make sure that the instrument is<br />

switched off and the measurement line disconnected. To access<br />

the compartment, remove the two screws located in the back.<br />

! When replacing the batteries, follow the<br />

instructions about polarity given in the<br />

compartment.<br />

3.1. BUTTON FUNCTIONS<br />

When a button is pressed, the instrument emits a brief acoustic<br />

signal as a confirmation for the operator. The beep can be<br />

<strong>de</strong>activated in the SETTING UP menu of the instrument.<br />

A beep with different tone and duration indicates an error<br />

condition when pressing a NON ACTIVE button.<br />

If a button is pressed for more than one second, the automatic<br />

repetition function is activated.<br />

The function of each button is explained below.<br />
