Completion <strong>of</strong> renovations <strong>of</strong> theformer <strong>City</strong> Hall for the DevelopmentServices Building is expected in FY 03.<strong>Complete</strong>d renovations on the <strong>City</strong> Hall♦Annex for use as meeting and conferencerooms.<strong>Complete</strong>d construction <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Auburn</strong> SkatePark, a 6,000 square foot facility locatednear Frank Brown Recreation Center.Benchmarks Achieved in FY 02♦ Assured satisfactory resolution orcompletion <strong>of</strong> 90% <strong>of</strong> departmental annualgoals.♦ Presented the proposed biennial budget tothe <strong>City</strong> Council at least 45 days prior to thebeginning <strong>of</strong> the new budget period.♦ Distributed <strong>City</strong> Council meeting agendas atleast 48 hours prior to all Council meetings.♦ Continued publication <strong>of</strong> a monthlynewsletter to inform citizens about theactivities <strong>of</strong> the <strong>City</strong> government. Publishedthe newsletter monthly by the first <strong>of</strong> eachmonth for enclosure with the monthly <strong>City</strong>utility services billings.♦Responded to all citizen contacts forassistance within eight hours, if by phone,and 24 hours if by written communication.117
