Implement a confined space entry program forthe safety <strong>of</strong> affected employees by September30, 2003.9. Implement a hearing protection program bySeptember 30, 2003.10. In conjunction with the Environmental ServicesDepartment, develop and implement an on-siteadult basic education program for <strong>City</strong>employees by September 30, 2003.11. Conduct at least five employee events bySeptember 30, 2003.FY 04 Goals1. Conduct a job classification and pay andbenefits study to ensure internal and externalequity in the compensation <strong>of</strong> <strong>City</strong> employeesby September 30, 2004.2.
