It is a peripheral<strong>memory</strong> designed for data storage and/ortiming and is accessed via a simple serial interface.The device contains 1024 bits organized as64x16. Written information is stored in a floatinggate cell until updated by an erase and write cycle.Bulk programming instructions (Chip Erase, ChipWrite) can be enabled or disabled by the user forenhanced data protection. The M9346 has beendesigned for applications requiring up to 104 erase/writecycles per register.
