It is organized as 8,192 words by 8 bitsand manufactured using SGS-THOMSON' NMOSE3 process. The M2764A with its single + 5V power supply andwith an access time of 200ns, is ideal for use withhigh performance + 5V microprocessor such as za,zao and Z8000. The M2764A has an important featurewhich is to separate the output control, Q!&ltutEnable(OE) from the Chip Enable control (CE).The DE control eliminates bus contention in mUltiplebus microprocessor systems. The M2764A also features a standby mode whichreduces the power dissipation without increasingaccess time. The active current is 75mA while themaximum standby current is only 35 mA, a 53%saving. The standby mode is achieved by applyinga TTL~high signal to the ~ input. The M2764A hasan "Electronic Signature" that allows programmersto automatically identify device type and pinout. The M2764A is available in a 28-lead dual in-lineceramic package (frit-seal) glass lens.DIP-28(Ceramic Bull's Eye)(Ordering Information at the end of the datasheet)PIN NAMESAO-A12- CEOEPGMN.C.00-07PIN CONNECTIONSVpp ~b VeeAU 2 27 PC'iiA7 26 "c.A6 2sh A8AS 2.
