Excavation and construction works shall notcommence until the necessary dust suppression measures have been put into place.Measures to prevent dust shall include the following practices:i. The provision of easily-cleaned hardstandings for vehicles.ii.iii.iv.The enclosure of material stockpiles at all times and damping down of dustymaterials using water sprays during dry weather.Fine and powdery materials shall be properly stored in enclosures orbuildings at all times.Keep stockpiles for the shortest possible time.v.
