Anexisting level crossing currently allowing access to the allotments is to be closed. Thestructure is to be a mainly steel and timber open structure to connect the existingwestern approach to the footbridge with the allotments. The new ramp is to be fullyDDA compliant and will have a culvert or deck to accommodate an existing drain. Thesite (orange marker and arrow) is shown in detail in Figure 18; it may be seen that thestructure is proposed to be built in Flood Zone 3b, as defined by the Oxford City SFRA(red outline shows Flood Zone 2; green outline Zone 3a; green shading Zone 3b).22
