any predicted significant adverse impacts. These may include, for example,locating and designing scheme elements to avoid, or where this is notpossible, minimise potential impacts to the water environment, SustainableDrainage Systems (SUDS) where practicable, surface water runoff treatmentand control during construction to reduce the risk of sedimentation ofwatercourses, and measures to prevent spillage of potentially pollutingmaterials (e.g. concrete, fuels and oils).4.5.5 As introduced within Section 4.5.8 above, the water resources and floodingenvironmental assessment for the EIA will be conducted in accordance withall relevant water legislation.4.5.6 In addition to the EIA work, consultation has been held with the EA about itsrequirements with respect to Planning Policy <strong>Statement</strong> 25: Development andFlood Risk (PPS25) and Flood Risk Assessment (FRA).
