B11.2.1A programme of building inspection and recording prior to the removal orreconstruction of historic structures (Underbridge 40 OA 345, the Millstream andCherwell Viaducts OA 305 and 306, the First Turn Bridge OA 344, and theSheepwash Bridge OA 346) will be prepared by an approved buildings archaeologyconsultant. The recording is likely to principally consist of photographic recordingto RCHME (Royal Commission on the Historical Monuments of England) Level 1 or2 record. The findings of the recordings will be deposited with Oxfordshire CountyCouncil and RCHME.B11.3 THE HISTORIC LANDSCAPEB11.3.1There is a general requirement through the planning conditions to re-instatelandscape, where practicable, which includes historic ‘Important Hedgerows’ (asdefined in the Hedgerow Regulations of 1997) as appropriate.
