To this end, we have taken as a starting pointour experience in an expert witness case study. The case that came to our attention was that ofthe production and Web release of pedo-pornographic material, and sexual violence againstunderage disabled children. The offender is a young support teacher affected by a sexual statusclassifiable as a Hypersexual Disorder (Kafka, 1994) in Internet Addiction (Orzack, 2000).
