Dulles was the major connection between the Commission, theCouncil on Foreign Relations, the Central Intelligence Agency and its “Vatican Desk”through James Jesus Angleton who in turn had secretly monitored the movements ofCIA agent Lee Oswald through one of his CIA assets, Jane Roman, two monthsprior to the Kennedy Assassination. This arch-demon, who disgraced his ProtestantPresbyterian Church and betrayed his countrymen, was one of the major playerslinking the Vatican’s intelligence communities together.
