Forwarding Messages to a Trouble Ticket or Notification<br />

Interface<br />

You can change the value of message attributes to do the following:<br />

❏ Forward to trouble ticket<br />

❏ Forward to notification interface<br />

In conjunction with the time template, you can forward messages to a<br />

trouble ticket or notification interface according to time of day.<br />

For example, set the following values in the service hours template to<br />

forward messages to the Trouble Ticket interface:<br />

MSGOPERATION TIMETEMPLATE "SLA_cust1" TROUBLETICKET True<br />

MSGOPERATION TIMETEMPLATE "SLA_cust2" NOTIFICATION False<br />
