Trouble Ticket Systems<br />

To call a notification service, and to forward a message to a trouble ticket<br />

system, OVO uses the following parameters.<br />

1 Unique message number.<br />

2 Message node name.<br />

3 Node type. For a list of supported managed nodes, see the Add<br />

Node window in the OVO administrator GUI or the OVO<br />

Installation Guide for the Management Server.<br />

4 Date (mm/dd/yyyy) on which the message was received on the<br />

managed node in the time zone (system-specific TZ variable) of<br />

the management server.<br />

Example:<br />

5 Time (hh:mm:ss) at which the message was received on the<br />

managed node. This time uses a 24-hour clock in the time zone<br />

(system-specific TZ variable) of the management server.<br />
