The OVO Management Server Running as an HA Resource Group<br />

The HA Resource Group is differently represented by the various cluster<br />

environments. Table 14-1 indicates these differences.<br />

Instead of cluster specific terms, HA Resource Group is used in this<br />

document as a generic term that designates a set of resources in a cluster<br />

environment.<br />

Starting, Stopping, and Switching HA Resource<br />

Group<br />

Administration of the HA Resource Group is performed by using the<br />

command:<br />

/opt/OV/bin/ovharg_config<br />

To Start the HA Resource Group<br />

To start the HA Resource Group, enter:<br />

/opt/OV/bin/ovharg_config ov-server -start <br />

where is the name of the node on which the HA Resource<br />

Group should be started.<br />

NOTE The Resource Group name is normaly ov-server, but you can also<br />

choose an alternative name.<br />

You will get the following return codes:<br />

0 - OVO application was started successfully.<br />

1 - Start operation failed.<br />
