About the “opcctrlovw” Command<br />

When an OV application is started from the Java GUI, the Java GUI<br />

server process calls the opcctrlovw command on the management<br />

server’s agent. The command will always be run with the UNIX user<br />

account opc_op.<br />

You start the opcctrlovw command with the following syntax:<br />

opcctrlovw<br />

-display <br />

-user <br />

-action { ...}<br />

In this command, you use the following variables:<br />

Configured X display of the Java GUI.<br />

OVO operator name.<br />

Application registration name of the OV<br />

application to be started.<br />

Action of the OV application to be started.<br />

, , ... IP hostnames of all selected nodes from the<br />

node tree of the Java GUI.<br />

Configuring NNM Access with Command-line Tools<br />

To configure and deploy NNM access, OVO provides two command-line<br />

tools:<br />

opcctrlovw Controller tool.<br />

opcmapnode Node mapping tool.<br />
