7. Milk Dispensers and Holding Cabinets<br />

a. Bulk milk dispenser and holding cabinets capable of being<br />

maintained at 32-40°F (NAVMED P-5010, Article 1-21).<br />

b. Dispenser and holding cabinets have accurate temperature gages or<br />

thermometers.<br />

c. Dairy box capable of being maintained at 33-34°F (NAVMED<br />

P-5010, Article 1-34).<br />

8. Ice Machines<br />

a. Ice compartment drains are aligned to the deck drains with an air gap<br />

(NAVMED P-5010, Article 1-36).<br />
