• Ensure EMS PMS is conducted<br />

• Request EMI survey within six months of<br />

deployment or when any new indications of<br />

EMI occur<br />

• Maintain up-to-date file of EMI/EMC<br />

information<br />

• Ensure appropriate personnel attend pre-visit,<br />

arrival and exit briefings<br />

• Ensure necessary work center personnel are<br />

present during assessment/repairs<br />

• Submit OPNAV 4790/2K work requests for<br />

outside assistance<br />

• Ensure ship is prepared for UMI<br />

• Be prepared to discuss items from previous<br />

INSURV which is still on CSMP<br />

• Designate INSURV coordinator<br />

• Assign senior coordinator for each INSURV<br />

departmental category
