defects in Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) or Government Furnished
Information (GFI). No work authorized for government portion of item without
separate specific Ship Program Manager action.
KI K Shipbuilder accepts item for investigation with determination of responsibility to
be made after investigation.
KZ K Shipbuilder does not accept the item as his responsibility. Rationale to be
