L’hypoderme est principalement
constitué d’adipocytes. Ces cellules
de grande taille sont séparées par
une fine couche de matrice extracellulaire 3 .
En tenant compte des particularités de ces tissus, les Laboratoires
VIVACY ont choisi de développer le produit STYLAGE® XXL. Sa
viscosité est élevée puisqu’il faut éviter la dispersion du gel entre
les adipocytes.
D’autre part, l’hypoderme est situé sous le derme. Il s’organise en
compartiments séparés les uns des autres par des cloisons conjonctives
4 . Lorsqu’un produit est injecté dans l’hypoderme, il va
subir une pression exercée par les tissus situés au-dessus de lui.
Cet environnement nécessite donc l’injection d’un produit élastique
capable de répondre aux contraintes mécaniques et de
résister à la déformation 1 . C’est une condition essentielle afin
d’obtenir un résultat souhaité à la surface de la peau.

STYLAGE® XXL is the most adapted product in the
VIVACY’s range for the restoration and creation of
facial volume, and should be injected in the subcutaneous
fat.
The hypodermis mostly consists of adipocytes.
These large cells are separated by a thin layer of
extracellular matrix 3 .
Taking into account the particularities of these tissues, VIVACY has
chosen to develop STYLAGE® XXL, a high viscosity hyaluronic acid
gel to avoid dispersion between the adipocytes.
Furthermore, the hypodermis is located under the dermis. It is
organised into compartments separated by connective tissues 4 .
When a product is injected into the hypodermis, it is subject to
pressure from the tissues situated above it.
This type of environment requires a more elastic product that is
capable of reacting to the mechanical constraints and resisting
deformation 2 . It is essential in order to obtain the desired result on
the surface of the skin.
