En esthétique médicale, la tendance est à la collaboration entre les chirurgiens et les médecins esthétiques.
The trend of modern cosmetology is the collaboration of a surgeon and cosmetologist.
Un médecin esthétique compétent met
au point un protocole individuel de
procédures qui permettront d’améliorer
le physique du patient plutôt que de
le changer fondamentalement (sauf
demande contraire). Les statistiques
les plus récentes montrent que le taux
d’admission des jeunes patients (âgés de 25 à 44 ans selon
l’OMS) a augmenté de 82 % chez les femmes et de 18 % chez
les hommes. Autrement dit, les patients commencent très tôt
à appréhender leur futur vieillissement.
Les méthodes de travail employées sur les patients sont basées
sur les morphotypes de leur visage, les types de vieillissement
cutané selon la classification de I.I. Kolgunenko1, ainsi que sur
les proportions du visage. Chaque catégorie de vieillissement
dispose de ses propres mécanismes pathogènes.
A competent cosmetologist develops an individual protocol of
procedures that will improve the patient’s appearance rather
than change it fundamentally (unless there is such a request,
of course). To date, according to statistics, the admission rate
of young patients (aged 25 to 44 years according to the WHO)
has increased by up to 82 % among women and up to 18 %
among men. This means that patients begin to think about
their future aging right now.
To choose the methods of working with patients, we shall rely
on the isotypes of their faces and the morphotype of aging
according to the classification of I.I. Kolgunenko1, as well as
the ratio of proportions. Each morphotype of aging has its
own pathogenetic mechanisms.
